They wouldn't let us see Johnny! They said he was in critical condition.But then a doctor came out and said that he wanted to see us... So we went. Me and Two-Bit. The Doc didn't seem to think Johnny would live, with his lack of enthusiasm. We went in, and Johnny, boy, he looked terrible. The Doc won't let him put enough grease in his hair. But the worst part of all is... His back.
He was paralyzed from the lower back down. He said he couldn't feel below his lower back. That's what made me think that. "We're having a rumble with the Soc's today." I said to Johnny. Only his eyes got wide. He didn't say anything. I felt bad for the poor fella. Johnny Cakes. Unable to move. Man. This stinks.
